"Emily was able to get into our heads like no other speaker I've seen."
Emily was able to get into our heads like no other speaker I've seen. While other speakers overload us with content, Emily gets straight to the real matter and creates a safe space for us to go there. She combines humor, wit, and charm with an original model for how we can better understand ourselves.
Culture Architect & Keynote Speaker
As the founder of ChangeLight and creator of the ChangeLight System™, Emily Eldredge speaks to audiences and leads workshops to teach global and local changemakers the Inner Work necessary to truly change the world.
Here's why you should hire her.
First and foremost, Emily is a changemaker. Driven to make a positive difference in the world, she has spent her life running towards challenges, especially when it comes to addressing human inner struggle and pain. She has worked with inmates in prison, survivors of abuse, and people struggling with severe addiction. When the World Center Towers went down in 2001, Emily ran towards the devastation - not away - and became known as "the Angel of the Pit" for helping grieving and traumatized first-responders through their shock and pain.
Plus, Emily comes from a family of changemakers: non-profit founders, inventors, doctors, ground-breaking researchers, entrepreneurs, and others committed to service and positive change. Like them, she, too, has served on numerous not-for-profit boards, and, in her spare time, she mentors young leaders around the world, helping them to navigate the challenges and triumphs of modern changemaking.
Emily intimately understands the changemaker world, the challenges changemakers face, and what sets them uniquely apart from others. By guiding local and global changemakers through their Inner Work for Greater Good, she is here is to accelerate the healing of humanity and our planet.
Emily has spoken to audiences and led workshops in Europe, Asia, North America, Central America, South America, and Africa. She has spoken twice at the United Nations, twice at British Parliament, and twice at TEDx events - one of which was the very first TEDx in a prison. Her audiences have included mission-driven companies, NGOs/not-for-profits, conferences, retreats, universities, and leadership organizations.
Emily has also been a guest on TV news segments, podcasts, international video conferences, FB Lives, and other media. With a background in professional acting, she is exceedingly comfortable on both stage and screen.
She currently hosts a weekly TV show, Inner Work for Greater Good, on the WIN WIN Women network, and below is her 2013 TEDx talk at Marion Correctional.
Emily's ground-breaking techniques and discoveries have been hailed as "genius", "exhilarating", "brilliant", "a miracle worker", "a truly life-changing experience", and "up there with sliced bread - really good ideas that spread all over the world".
With her unique blend of heart-felt empathy and fierce determination, Emily has helped thousands around the world get life-changing results. By guiding them to heal their exPowers and reveal their emPowers, they, too, are better able to live their Truths and change the world in whatever ways call to them.
Audience members frequently tell Emily how inspired they are by her story of overcoming her own darkness, as well as how heartened they feel knowing that they, too, have a Truth they can live with joy and ease.
Even years later, members of Emily's audiences have contacted her to say what a profound impact her talk had on their lives and the changes they've experience as a result.
Never one to shy away from being open, honest, and vulnerable, Emily gets real with her audiences - and invites them to get real as well. She expertly connects with them through heartfelt stories and inspiring breakthroughs. They feel safe to "go there" and to allow the Drawing Out Process to work its magic through them.
At the same time, Emily keeps her talks light and fun! Her silliness and humor help her audiences relax and realize that talking about heavy stuff need not be so heavy!
"I feel euphoric! You're a miracle-worker!"
I don't believe it. I was very skeptical going into this. I thought this would be some 30-step process that ultimately wouldn't work. But it did. I feel euphoric! You're a miracle-worker!
I experienced such a profound paradigm shift that it has taken me this long to truly internalize it and write back. Sometimes you don't know how much growth has yet to be made, until you are on the other side of it - and that was just a single introductory workshop!
I truly can't find the words to express my gratitude... You are such a warm, bright spirit. What we need now, maybe more than ever in the history of mankind, are beautiful souls like yours.
Your work is truly unparalleled. I wish you all the success in your journey, and am confident of it. A message of such pure, intrinsic truth cannot be stifled.
